Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service via phone.

About the Role:

  1. You will communicate with customers via phone to provide top-notch service and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  2. You will possess in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including pricing and availability, to answer customer questions confidently and accurately.
  3. You will collaborate closely with internal departments to meet customer needs and deliver outstanding results.
  4. You will perform data entry tasks as required to ensure seamless workflow.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
  2. At least Intermediate level proficiency in English is essential.
  3. A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
  4. You must possess strong listening skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  5. You should demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  7. You must be available to work Night Shifts.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time in-house position with a dynamic and supportive team.
