Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Customer Support Executive who will focus on providing excellent responsive service for our customers.

This position is responsible for delivering outstanding live support via telephone or live chat.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Main responsibilities include handling inbound calls, where customers would reach out to agents via phone calls or live chat to resolve their issues.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer support.

  • Experience providing support via phone and chat.
