
Exceptional Customer Experience Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsive individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer complaints and work to resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product details, pricing, promotions, and any other relevant information.
- Maintain accurate customer records, inquiries, and feedback within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or higher education.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and motivated by achieving targets and goals.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Representative in a reputable IT/Software Development company.
