Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned e-commerce customer service expert to handle inquiries, returns, and disputes across multiple marketplaces in the UK and USA.

This dynamic role requires excellent English communication skills, strong analytical ability, and a passion for problem-solving. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing customer service cases, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, messages, and cases on Amazon and eBay platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in written English, providing clear and professional responses to their queries.
  • Respond to customer questions regarding orders, shipping, returns, refunds, and product information in a timely manner.
  • Analyze customer cases, order data, and account health metrics to identify issues and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Manage return requests, coordinate with couriers, and proactively handle Amazon A-to-Z claims and eBay Item Not As Described (INAD) cases.
  • Monitor account health on both Amazon and eBay, including Order Defect Rate (ODR), Customer Service Metrics, and Seller Performance Standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse, fulfillment, and supplier operations.
  • Document customer service processes and contribute to the development of SOPs for future growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze situations and recommend effective solutions.
  • Tech-savviness — comfortable using online tools, spreadsheets, and marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub is preferred.
  • Experience managing returns and coordinating with couriers.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
