Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – E-commerce

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week

Mode: On-site (not remote)

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist – E-commerce, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, accurate order handling, and timely support. Your role combines problem-solving, live chat engagement, and effective coordination to maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries and messages promptly while maintaining a polite, solution-oriented approach.
  • Order & Return Management: Track, process, and follow up on orders and returns with precision.
  • Live Chat Support: Manage real-time chat interactions, resolve account-related queries, and provide quick resolutions.
  • System & Data Handling: Enter and update customer information accurately using computer systems.
  • Microsoft Office Use: Apply Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Write and speak English clearly to support international customers effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be able to attend daily at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Previous exposure to e-commerce operations (eBay experience is a plus).
  • Equipment: Must bring a personal laptop daily.
