Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Rawalpindi for an E-commerce Client Support Coordinator. The Coordinator will manage daily interactions with clients, handle case management, provide technical support, and address customer service issues. Responsibilities include effective communication with clients, managing feedback and returns, and ensuring seamless e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Case Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in Technical Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in e-commerce support or a related field is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is beneficial
