Job Overview

The Acquisition Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition success by leveraging data insights to refine strategies and optimize campaigns.

This key position involves tracking performance, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion.

  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance across digital platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition strategies, ensuring enhanced customer conversion rates.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to align marketing assets with overall acquisition objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities

The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for:

  1. Campaign Optimization: Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new customer acquisition opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  2. Budget Management: Monitor and track budget utilization to make informed decisions about resource allocation.
  3. Performance Reporting: Create and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and actionable insights for strategy refinement.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven marketing or acquisition-focused role, ideally within the fintech or digital sector.
  • Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Excel, and other similar marketing platforms for performance tracking and reporting.
