Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist with project budget monitoring and reporting.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Architecture & Planning team.
