Sales Business Development Role
As a Senior Sales Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving quarterly sales targets by conducting regular corporate client visits. This involves identifying and developing relationships with new clients, assessing their requirements, and collaborating with senior colleagues to effectively pitch our solutions through presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Bilateral Client Visits: Achieve quarterly sales targets by conducting regular corporate client visits to existing and potential clients.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with new clients, assess their requirements, and collaborate with senior colleagues to effectively pitch our solutions through presentations.
- Clients Relationship Management: Proactively contact inactive customers, rebuild strong relationships, and persuade them to regain their customer status.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, gather relevant insights, and share these findings with senior colleagues.
- Weekly Reports: Prepare and submit weekly visit summaries, sales reports, and market intelligence reports to senior management.
- Team Support: Accompany new hires during job orientation, provide on-the-job coaching, and promote discipline within the team.
- Additional Tasks: Perform other duties related to corporate sales as assigned by senior colleagues.
This is a Management Consulting Role in Lahore.
This role requires a high level of communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives. They will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and for identifying new business opportunities.
