Job Role

The Office Manager will be responsible for leading our front office activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining a professional image.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Front Office Management: Direct and coordinate office services, including reception area management, mail handling, purchasing requests, and facilities maintenance.
  2. Internal Office Arrangements: Organize internal office moves and provide arrangements for office meetings, ensuring minimal disruption to staff.
  3. Telephone and Mail Communications: Manage the reception area to maintain effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally.
  4. Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities, including staff supervision and negotiation with clients.
  5. Maintenance and Alteration: Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
  6. Purchasing and Inventory: Timely purchase of office supplies, furniture, office equipment, and housekeeping items for the entire staff in accordance with company policies.
  7. Cash Collection and Management: Timely collection and management of cash payments from clients for usage of Daftarkhwan facilities.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage staff, negotiate effectively, and ensure clients are well-attended and comfortable.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to maintain effective telephone and mail communications and supervise overall administrative activities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and external parties.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
