Job Title:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and manage website design and development projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans for website design and development initiatives.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Coordinate daily communication between design, development, and content teams.
  • Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, task lists, and status updates.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Teamwork & Slack etc) to manage workflows and track progress.
Requirements:
  • A strong interest in web technologies and experience working in fast-paced digital environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
