Key Responsibilities:


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.


• Understand client goals and translate them into clear project requirements.


• Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams.


• Allocate tasks to designers, developers, marketers, and content creators.


• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution of tasks.


• Facilitate regular check-ins, resolve blockers, and maintain workflow efficiency.


• Ensure team members understand project objectives and client expectations.


• Quality Assurance:


• Review deliverables before client submission to ensure they meet standards.


• Ensure adherence to branding, functionality, and usability requirements.


• Maintain thorough project documentation, including briefs, timelines, and feedback logs.


• Generate status reports and post-project reviews for internal and client use.

Requirements:


• Proven experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency setting.


• Strong understanding of web design, web development, SEO, and digital marketing.


• Exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking skills.


• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar).


• Comfortable leading virtual teams and working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


• Background in web, ebooks and marketing related projects.


• Experience with client onboarding and proposal writing.


• Familiarity with trello
