A successful Communications Specialist/Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication between teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field, along with previous experience as a communications specialist.
Responsibilities include managing resources, timelines, and communication between developers and clients, as well as reporting to upper management on project health and resource utilization.
This role also involves owning project requirements and delivery, adapting to changing client needs, and utilizing tools like Jira, Podio, Asana, and Monday to manage projects.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and have strong organizational and time-management skills.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Communications Specialist/Assistant Project Manager will contribute to the organization's client handling strategies and act as a QA for developers and solution architect for designers.
