We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of large US-based customers. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will use your expertise to build strong relationships and drive growth within a specialized book of business.
This role requires a deep understanding of software sales and complex organizational structures. Familiarity with relevant industries is highly valued.

Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of large US-based customers to drive growth and expansion within a focused book of business.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed higher-value revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand customers' operational and strategic challenges.
- Present comprehensive product demos and proposals to customers with complex needs.
- Collaborate with customer success, support, and product specialists to tailor solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
- Own the contract renewal process and implement advanced retention strategies.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly and identify opportunities for growth.
