Job Summary

This is a senior-level product management position that requires a strong background in business, computer science, or related field.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management or project management with a strategic focus, ideally within a software services or consulting environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and drive value through product solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with client goals, advising on best practices in product strategy.
  • Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and set milestones in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop project plans to execute development of project roadmap.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs, ensuring clear and actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Oversee product development for the client, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years in product management or project management with a strategic focus, ideally within a software services or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with client business objectives, delivering tangible business value.
  • Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies, with a track record of delivering complex projects that meet strategic goals.
  • Strong background in client relationship management, translating strategic needs into actionable product and project plans.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $64,000 - $120,000 PKR (Pakistani Rupee).
