Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive our integrated marketing platform forward.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Prioritize enhancements and coordinate feature implementation with leaders in marketing, sales, client services, and technology.
  • Translate business information needs into formal requirements and present quantified ROI justifications.
  • Determine and prioritize roadmap deliverables through ongoing customer and market research.
  • Develop and execute short and long-term product roadmaps.
  • Coordinate go-to-market planning and launch activities with sales and marketing.
  • Develop pricing methodologies and offer review processes.
  • Implement company-wide plans in collaboration with all departments.
Requirements
  • Experience with online marketing applications such as email marketing or web analytics.
  • Good understanding of the software development cycle.
  • Excellent analytical, writing, verbal, and time management skills.
  • Web development skills are beneficial.
  • Ability to implement change and improve processes.
  • Exceptional customer experience judgment with strong analytical and creative skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive consensus.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate feature trade-offs and product design.
  • Knowledge of web standards, design, and usability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
