Compensation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Strategist to join our team. In this critical role, you will develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies that drive business results and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement pay structures, incentives, and benefits programs that align with our organizational objectives.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancing compensation programs.
  • Ensure market competitiveness for pay to attract and retain top talent.
  • Establish effective linkages between employee performance and reward by designing and executing performance-related reward programs.
  • Customize reward programs based on varying needs of different functions and job families.
  • Establish financial planning and budgeting processes for designed pay programs.
  • Develop user-friendly systems and technological tools to manage rewards automatically and without error.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits field in HR domain, preferably in a consulting company with exposure to multinational working environments.
  • Experience in financial budgeting and planning is a plus.
  • Effective planning and project management skills and process development knowledge.
  • The ability to develop quick rapport and functional relationships with a culturally diverse, global team.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A passion for people and an aptitude to maintain a positive tone in a highly demanding work environment.
  • Excellent teamwork, high motivation, and energy key to ensuring success in this role.
  • High analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable to changing environments.
