Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop base and variable pay structures, incentives and bonus programs, and benefits programs.

About the Role:

  • Develop rewards strategy and programs that support attraction, retention, and engagement of employees.
  • Design and execute foundational rewards such as base pay throughout the organization consistently.
  • Evaluate pay equity across the company in designed pay programs.
  • Maintain market competitiveness for pay to ensure attraction and retention of talent.
  • Establish effective linkages between employee performance and reward by designing and executing performance-related reward programs.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancing compensation programs.
  • Customize reward programs where necessary based on varying needs of different functions and job families.

Responsibilities:

  • Align reward strategy with the organization's employee value proposition (EVP) to support attraction, retention, and engagement of employees.
  • Ensure the effective design and execution of foundational rewards such as base pay throughout the organization consistently.
  • Ensure pay equity across the organization in designed pay programs.
  • Ensure market competitiveness for pay to ensure attraction and retention of talent.
  • Establish an effective linkage between employee performance and reward by designing and executing performance-related reward programs.
  • Ensure that other benefits policies support attraction and retention.
  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancing compensation programs.
  • Customize reward programs where necessary based on varying needs of different functions and job families.
  • Establish financial planning and budgeting process for designed pay programs.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits field in HR domain.
  • Experience in financial budgeting and planning field is a plus.
  • Effective planning and project management skills and process development knowledge.
  • The ability to develop quick rapport and functional relationships with a culturally diverse, global team.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A passion for people and an aptitude to maintain a positive tone in a highly demanding work environment.
