Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources professional to take on the role of Country Manager. This position requires a strong background in HR management, with a focus on providing strategic support to regional managers and country teams.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office functions and experience in using HRIS systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Operations Management: Manage and control HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and corporate direction.
  2. Performance Management: Implement and enforce performance management processes, develop/implement a system to support it, and work with the central L&D team to ensure ongoing development of employees.
  3. Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, the disciplinary and grievance process, and point of contact for all employees regarding Medical Insurance Benefits.
  4. Recruitment and Payroll: Work with the central Recruitment team to ensure the right people are in place at the right time, and manage payroll and HR reports.
  5. Record Keeping: Ensure HR records are maintained and updated, and report and publish HR dashboard reports (headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor or above degree, major in Human Resources Management or related discipline, and minimum 8-11 years working experience in Human Resources function.
