Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Be at the forefront of data-driven decision making as a Senior Data Scientist. Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics solutions and predictive models to drive business growth.

About the Role

This role requires someone who is passionate about leveraging data to inform strategy and product development. As a key member of the Marketing Data Science team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions and predictive models to fuel subscriber growth and enhance business performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Apply deep expertise in media investment channels and associated performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and improvement of marketing mix and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver actionable insights that maximize ROI.
  • Analyze diverse datasets to develop industry-leading models and analyses.
  • Stay current with emerging modeling techniques and algorithms, integrating innovative approaches to enhance business impact.
Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as business analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, or industrial engineering; advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience developing data science and statistical models.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution.
  • Proficiency in both linear and non-linear optimization techniques.
  • Advanced skills in SQL and R; experience with RShiny app development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Ads Data Hub, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift is desirable.
  • Experience designing and evaluating experimental and incrementality tests.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of media and advertising channels, including digital, display, and paid search.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, business insight, and passion for leveraging data to inform strategy and product development.
  • Background in subscription-based or eCommerce businesses is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate, motivate, and influence across teams.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Creative flair and instinct for identifying compelling stories and user experiences.
  • Engaged in strategic discussions, bringing social insights and community perspectives to the table.
  • Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at all organizational levels.
