We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a full-time remote IT bidder on Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects, utilizing technical knowledge and industry expertise
- Develop compelling proposals highlighting the organization's skills and capabilities
- Foster strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork
- Strong technical knowledge of IT, including hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Availability to work full-time, with a flexible schedule to accommodate global clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a virtual environment
- Experience using project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
