Quality Assurance Officer

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of products by coordinating and executing Quality Assurance activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in process control, inspection, and documentation maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor critical steps in manufacturing to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  2. Inspect printing activities, including waste and rejection.
  3. Perform line clearance at dispensing, filling, and packing stages.
  4. Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation.
  5. Record Annual Product Quality (APQR) and finalize Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
  6. Receive and maintain all BMR from the production department.
  7. Inspect staff hygiene conditions.
  8. Inspect sanitation of all sections, corridors, including Q.C., change rooms, wash rooms, sterile and non-sterile production areas.
  9. Maintain training records.
  10. Submit daily activity reports to the Quality Assurance Head.
  11. Ensure adherence to written standard operating procedures.
  12. Perform special duties assigned by the Quality Assurance Head.
