As a ServiceDesk Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating our customers/end users computing related issues for one of our clients. With strong administrative skills and customer focus, you will provide a friendly and proactive service to customers and conduct an efficient handling of each query and advise customers of the consequent solution.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional who can provide a point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns. This includes user administration in Active Directory, Office 365, and other software, as well as managing and reporting on Help Desk ticketing system (Zoho Desk). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software inventory, setting up end-user laptops using Windows 11 and setting up Office 365, and providing training and instruction to staff on the use of applications and tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience with installation, updating, and maintenance of Desktop OS and Applications, as well as managing Active Directory and O365. Strong oral, written, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. A solid working relationship with end users and peers is also essential, making teamwork and communication key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for customers for any queries or concerns.
  • User administration in Active Directory, Office 365, and other software.
  • Manage and report on Help Desk ticketing system (Zoho Desk).
  • Maintaining hardware and software inventory.
  • Setting up end-user laptops using Windows 11 and setting up Office 365.
  • Provide training and instruction to staff on the use of applications and tools.
  • Install software on user machines.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic user issues related to hardware and software.
  • Perform minor hardware repairs and install peripheral equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors on hardware replacements.
  • Assist users in setup of audio-visual tools in conference rooms.
  • Provide support for remote working users.
  • Create end user documentation for day-to-day queries, setup procedures, and processes documentation.
  • Ensure meeting the SLA and KPI setup for support.
  • Ensuring detailed documentation for the tasks done.
  • Perform routine system checks (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).

Skill Requirements: The successful candidate should have experience with installation, updating, and maintenance of Desktop OS and Applications, as well as managing Active Directory and O365. Strong oral, written, and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
