Assistant Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Assistant Brand Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to contribute their expertise in marketing and branding, drive business growth, and enhance our company's reputation.

About the Job:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and conducting branding activities in the market, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • They will also be expected to line up and handle media agencies, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Presentation skills will be essential in delivering effective presentations that convey our brand's value proposition.
  • A persuasive personality will be crucial in influencing internal and external audiences, driving business results, and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dairy, confectionery, urea, fertilizer, bird feed, cattle feed, animal medicine, or fast-moving consumer goods.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • A persuasive personality, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to create engaging content and reports.

Note: The selected candidate may be required to spend time in the field, working closely with our teams to deliver projects and meet business objectives.
