Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized IT professional to manage our digital infrastructure, provide technical support, and drive business growth.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Storage Management:
    • Design, implement, and maintain the folder structure for all company cloud storage.
    • Manage user access and permissions for all shared storage to ensure data security.
    • Oversee and verify the data backup process to prevent data loss.
  • IT Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT support requests.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with employee hardware and software.
    • Manage and maintain physical hardware and software for production machinery.
    • Create and update clear troubleshooting documents and how-to guides for our team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, administration, or a similar role is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and networking principles.
    • Expertise in managing cloud storage platforms like OneDrive and Google Drive.
    • Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures is beneficial.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
    • A proactive and organized approach to managing tasks and documentation.
