About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Mentor team members, helping them to improve their skills and advance their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A BCS/MCS degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in .Net Technologies, with a strong background in software development and architecture.
  • Proven track record of success as a Team Lead, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on mega projects that fall in the category of Hi-Tech customized software development and IT consultancy.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
