Job Title: Business Development Executive

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with other companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  3. Collaborate with sales teams to develop proposals that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  4. Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
  5. Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed upon.
  6. Gather valuable insights from customer and competitor data to inform business decisions.
  7. Present to prospective clients and internal executives to showcase business opportunities.
  8. Design and implement processes and policies to support the overall business strategy.
  9. Track and identify qualified prospects to add to the sales pipeline.
  10. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
  11. Monitor and report on the status of proposal components to ensure timely completion.
  12. Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  13. Work closely with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (internship opportunities available for capable candidates)
Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Salary: Competitive salary based on performance and experience
Communication: Fluency in English both written and spoken for effective communication with clients
