Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the formulation and implementation of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, selection, and full & final process, as well as administration of the Performance Management System.
  • Maintaining Employee Records is a key responsibility, along with employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for grievance handling and statutory compliance according to law.
  • Dealing with employees, contractors, payroll, and attendance will be a significant part of this role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to HR and Admin.
  • Recruitment and selection of new staff members.
  • Administration of the Performance Management System.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Handling grievances and ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Covering various tasks related to employees, contractors, payroll, and attendance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
