An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable:Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations for vendors and customers.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks:Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial records.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations:Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper cash flow management.
  • Preparing financial reports:Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management.
  • Supporting tax compliance:Assist in tax filing (GST, VAT, TDS, etc.) and statutory compliance.
  • Processing payroll:Support payroll calculations and disbursement.
  • Assisting with budgeting and forecasting:Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis.
  • Providing auditing support:Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
  • Monitoring expenses:Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
  • Managing financial data:Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial data management.
  • Coordinating with vendors and clients:Handle queries related to accounts, invoices, and payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
