Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance, preferably with an MBA. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance, preferably with a BBA, is acceptable with at least 7 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee and direct the daily operations of the stores department.
  • Inventory Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and user department representatives to accurately forecast inventory requirements.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and implement measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to negotiate effective procurement of materials, emphasizing timely and accurate delivery.
  • Reporting and Data Integrity: Maintain accurate inventory records, reports, and data integrity.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies, and rectify issues promptly while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and present key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store operations.
  • Process Improvement: Drive technological and process improvements in stores management and inventory control.
  • Leadership and Team Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the stores team for seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance, preferably with an MBA, or a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or Finance, preferably with a BBA, with at least 7 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, marketing, or finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.
  • Experience with risk management and compliance procedures.

Working Conditions:
