At VentureForce Global Inc, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive business growth through effective lead generation and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate leads through various channels, focusing on business-to-business interactions and building strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct in-depth company visits to understand client needs and present tailored ERP solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, highlighting the benefits of our ERP systems and showcasing the value proposition to clients.
- Engage in strategic phone calls to nurture leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Regularly update the Sales Head on progress, challenges, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential; however, experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey the value proposition of ERP systems and build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is crucial to understand and communicate the technical aspects of our solutions.
- Previous experience in ERP sales or a similar role will be an added advantage, demonstrating expertise in driving sales growth and achieving targets.
