Head of Enterprise Sales:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead our team of sales professionals. As Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue objectives.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Represent NorthBay at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting in IT professional services.
  • Demonstrated success in selling disruptive cloud technologies to enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to engage and close deals with C-suite executives.
