Accounting Specialist Role

This is a specialized position that oversees the financial reporting and accounting processes across multiple markets and business verticals.

The successful candidate will support strategic decision-making, ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.

  • Support month-end and year-end close process ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and support statutory and group audits.
  • Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements across different jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial data and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.
  • Assist in implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and automation tools.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience or relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and comfort with automation tools/reporting platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
