Job Description:

As a seasoned Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of web solutions to clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management. This role is ideal for professionals with technical expertise in web development and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities::
  1. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams.
  2. Regularly update clients on project status and resolve queries via a ticketing system.
  3. Manage and track client issues to ensure timely resolution.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality project delivery.
  5. Maintain detailed project documentation, including scope and progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications::
  1. Experience with WordPress, PHP scripting, SEO, Google Analytics, and e-commerce platforms.
  2. Minimum 1 year as a Technical Project Manager in a software house or web development company.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for technical content.
  5. Ability to commute to the office based in Lahore.
