
Revenue Growth Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a skilled professional responsible for generating new business, managing leads, developing and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing account management.
Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, presenting our services, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Key areas of focus include:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads to convert them into paying customers
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
- Account Management: Oversee the management of client accounts to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and have experience in the healthcare or medical billing industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
