As a key professional in our finance team, you will be responsible for lending operations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Loan Processing: Efficiently manage loan applications, performing thorough assessments of clients' affordability and creditworthiness to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and finalise loan contracts, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of all terms, conditions, fees, and charges.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and lending compliance guidelines, adhering to established risk management protocols.
  • Customer Record Management: Ensure the highest standards of accuracy, security, and confidentiality are maintained when updating client records, while preparing and dispatching account statements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints, and fostering long-term client loyalty through effective communication.
  • Overdue Loan Management: Implement approved measures to restructure overdue loans, including rescheduling payments to prevent default and promote client satisfaction.
  • Operational Feedback: Continuously provide feedback to management on potential improvements to lending products, processes, and systems to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Loan Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track loan performance, providing insights on repayment trends and operational metrics for management review.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Hold a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, ideally within lending operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with financial software and analytical tools; excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Compliance & Confidentiality: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and the importance of maintaining confidentiality in all transactions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service and effectively manage client relationships.
  • Professionalism & Attention to Detail: A strong sense of professionalism, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different regions.
  • Time Management & Multi-tasking: Strong organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
