
Restaurant Acquisition Executive

Atrium Solutions is a leading food delivery platform seeking an experienced Merchant Onboarding Specialist to onboard restaurants as merchants. This onsite position requires prior experience in cold calling, sales, or merchant acquisition, particularly in industries like food delivery or hospitality.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our food delivery platform.
- Clearly explaining the benefits of partnering with us, such as low commission rates, next-day payouts, and marketing support.
- Overcoming objections and negotiating agreements to onboard new merchants.
- Guiding restaurant owners through the onboarding process and collecting necessary information.
- Maintaining detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements for this role include:
- Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or merchant acquisition (preferably in the food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS industry).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in an office environment and meet daily/weekly targets.
