Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Pharmacy Store Assistant. This position requires strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and inventory.
  • Ensure accurate and timely filling of medication cassettes and delivery to the right locations.
  • Handle heavy drug cartons and supplies with care, and ensure proper storage.
  • Manage inventory levels, including critical list, transfer notes, and negative balances.
  • Process store inventory management, receive supplies, and handle RTV requests.
  • Control expiry dates and lot numbers, and reconcile inventory with satellites.
Requirements
  • Intermediate education or higher is required; graduation degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of basic pharmacy operations, including key medication classes, medical supplies, and dosage forms.
  • Ability to read prescriptions, labels, and drug names, as well as operate a computer with skills in MS Office and institutional software.
  • Fluent in Urdu and able to read and write basic English, with dexterity to handle heavy items and perform repetitive tasks.
