Quality assurance is a critical component of our product development process.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role
  • This position will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality across all products, from design to final delivery.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in quality control or production within the fashion industry and strong attention to detail, especially with embroidery, fabric handling, and garment finishing.

They will also have an understanding of luxury and couture production standards, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and approve finished garments before shipment.
  • Monitor stitching, embellishment, embroidery, fabric quality, and finishing.
  • Identify and document quality issues, and work closely with the production team to resolve them.
  • Conduct quality checks at various production stages (cutting, stitching, finishing).
  • Ensure each order matches the approved sample/specification.
  • Provide feedback and suggest improvements in design, production, or materials.
  • Maintain quality control records and prepare inspection reports.
  • Ensure timely reporting of faults and delays to relevant departments.
  • Train tailors/workers on quality standards when needed.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control or production within the fashion or bridal industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially with embroidery, fabric handling, and garment finishing.
  • Understanding of luxury and couture production standards.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with garment specs and technical sheets is a plus.
