Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to provide support to our senior executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
  2. Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation, and occasionally accompany the manager to meetings or presentations;
  3. Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle them as necessary;
  4. Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
  5. Organize and maintain diaries, making appointments as needed;
  6. Handle incoming email, faxes, and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  7. Conduct background research and present findings;
  8. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations;
  9. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff members.
