Job Title: Virtual Community Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Community Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and fosters meaningful connections with our online communities.

This role requires a unique blend of marketing savvy, social media expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure a positive and respectful community experience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations (Optional).
