Network and Hardware Specialist Role

The primary focus of this position is to provide diagnostic, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for network and hardware systems. This entails visiting clients in designated territories and market segments, interacting with customers, and driving promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships within assigned territories or market segments.
  • Identify and diagnose problems, resolving them on-site when possible.
  • Install operating systems, drivers, and software as required.
  • Perform backup and data recovery tasks.
  • Assist the network administrator in setting up new networks at customer sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • A+ and N+ certification (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and knowledge.
  • Possess skills in hardware and network management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, and human relation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
