  • Job Purpose:
  • To support the government in driving national development and economic transformation through strategic policy advice and effective project implementation.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy, social sector development, or economics, with at least 14 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
    • A Ph.D. or Master's degree from a reputable university is required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Senior Energy Advisor:
  • Provide expert advice on energy policy and strategy to support the government's development goals.
  • Develop and implement projects related to energy security, access, and sustainability.
  • Social Sector Development Specialist:
  • Support the development of policies and programs aimed at improving social welfare and reducing poverty.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address social sector challenges.
  • Chief Economist:
  • Lead the development of economic policy and advise the government on key economic issues.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform economic decision-making.
