Responsibility
- Lead the adoption and integration of modern manufacturing technologies and digital applications.
- Identify and drive innovation opportunities to improve production efficiency, quality, and agility.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new technologies (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0, AI/ML in manufacturing).
- Ensure seamless data flow between inventory systems and other coordinated platforms (e.g., ERP, WMS, MES, Track and Trace).
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations, including smart factory concepts.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover operational insights and recommend process improvements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for monitoring production performance, predictive maintenance metrics, and overall progress.
- Serve as a key contact for internal collaborators, collecting needs and aligning technology projects with business requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and performance of external technology partners.
- Prepare and manage budgets for technology initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure all manufacturing applications and technologies align with internal audit standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit processes by maintaining accurate documentation, traceability, and compliance reporting.
- Optimize manufacturing applications to meet operational needs.
- Develop prototypes, pilot projects, and proof-of-concepts for new technology and analytics solutions.
- Support users to adopt new digital systems, analytics tools, and data-driven processes.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, quality management, and maintenance processes.
- Experience in data analysis, developing dashboards (e.g., through Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools), and reporting significant metrics.
- Understanding cybersecurity standard methodologies and compliance requirements in industrial environments.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative mentality.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and implementing manufacturing applications.
- Proven track record of leading innovation and digital transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with emerging manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, MES systems).
- Strong background in manufacturing process improvement and production systems optimization.
- Experience in developing and managing technology budgets for projects and operations.
- Practical exposure to manufacturing data management, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Previous experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, IT).
- Exposure to audit processes, compliance frameworks, and regulatory standards (such as ISO, ITGC, or industry-specific regulations).
- Experience in collaborator coordination, vendor communication, and external partnership collaboration.
- SAP S4 Implementation and deployment experience is preferred.
