Chief Commercial Officer

The Chief Commercial Officer will spearhead our commercial endeavors, identifying lucrative opportunities and driving growth through strategic planning. This role demands a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in sales management, boasting a proven track record of achieving targets in challenging environments.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the identification of market opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market trends, and competitor strengths/weaknesses.
  • Steer financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement annual and gross-profit plans by projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products, analyzing trends, establishing pricing strategies, and recommending selling prices.
  • Drive marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, and implementing sales promotional programs, creating field sales action plans.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales management.
  • Proven track record of target achievement in demanding work environments.
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions and complex organizations.
  • Extensive experience in tailored product and BPO selling.
  • Deep understanding of customer and market dynamics.
