
Chief Commercial Strategist

This role encompasses the finalization of commercial aspects in Sales and Purchase Agreements, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial Agreement Management: Oversee the negotiation and execution of Sales and Purchase Agreements to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Transportation Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage transportation agreements, guaranteeing timely delivery and effective communication.
- Government and Private Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with Government and Private Companies to review draft agreements, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate correspondence with stakeholders to facilitate timely agreement finalization, ensuring transparency and efficient communication throughout the process.
- Financial Awareness: Provide regular updates on financial implications and relevant actions to Government and Private Companies, promoting a culture of fiscal responsibility.
- Invoice Verification: Conduct thorough reviews of invoices against recommended actions to prevent discrepancies and ensure accurate payments.
- Agreement Compliance: Issue reconciliation reports and invoices according to established regulations, maintaining awareness of compliance requirements and adapting to changes as needed.
