The HU School of Business at Hajvery University is dedicated to providing students with a comprehensive education in business principles and practices. Our faculty members are expected to contribute to the development of our curriculum, participate in research activities, and engage in professional development to stay current with industry trends.

Positions Available:
  • Lecturer: A First Class MS/MPhil degree from an HEC-recognized University/Institution with no third division in the academic career is required. This condition does not apply if the candidate holds a higher degree, such as PhD or equivalent, with not more than one third division throughout their academic career.
  • Assistant Professor: A Ph.D. in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institution is required.
  • Associate Professor: A Ph.D. in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University/Institution is required.
  • Professor: A minimum qualification of Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized Institution in the relevant field is required.
Experience Requirements:

For Lecturer: 10 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or a postgraduate Institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization, is required. Alternatively, 5 years of post-PhD teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or a post-graduate Institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization, may be considered.

For Assistant Professor: 15 years of teaching/research experience in an HEC-recognized University or a post-graduate Institution, or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization, is required. Alternatively, 10 years of post-Ph.D. teaching/research experience in a recognized university, a post-graduate institution, or professional experience in a relevant field in a National or International organization, may be considered.

Minimum Number of Publications:

For Lecturer: The applicant must have 10 research publications, with at least 4 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized Journals.

For Professor: The applicant must have 15 research publications, with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals.

Business Courses:

The following business courses are taught at Hajvery University: Communication Skills, Freshman English, Business Ethics, Principles of Management, Financial Statement Analysis, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Human Resource Management, Macro Economics, Business Taxation, Marketing Management & Business Law, and all other relevant courses and specializations.
