Key Account Manager

About the Job:

This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with your manager to resolve customer complaints and ensure superior customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening customer accounts, recording account information and maintaining updated records.
