Job Responsibilities

  • Network Administration: Manage VPNs and software applications for secure connectivity.
  • Software Development: Lead development of IVR applications using VC++.

Managerial Skills
  • Problem Solving: Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Team Management: Supervise real-time software development and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Technical Skills
  • Linux/Windows Server Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Edition.
  • Programming: Skilled in programming languages such as C/C++ and VC++ for IVR application development.
  • Dialogic Hardware Management: Experience in managing applications for Dialogic hardware is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and technical skills.
