Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Manager Admin and Security to oversee daily operations, maintain security protocols, and ensure office administration runs smoothly.

About the Role:

  1. Responsible for managing attendance and punctuality systems, ensuring all staff adhere to company policies.
  2. Oversee leave, attendance, and punctuality records, submitting reports to the accounts department for payroll purposes.
  3. Maintain furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, and buildings in good condition, arranging maintenance as needed.
  4. Coordinate new building or floor constructions, arranging vendors, obtaining quotations, and supervising work.
  5. Administer employee benefits, including EOB and social security, handling government departments directly.
  6. Procure office supplies on a monthly basis after receiving requisition slips from staff.
  7. Address administrative emergencies, such as theft cases, staff issues, electricity failures, and police station matters.
  8. Secure and monitor outlet premises, using CCTV when necessary, and conduct daily visits.
  9. Provide guidance and support to security staff in achieving security goals.
  10. Develop and implement a comprehensive security program, including training for security guards.

Requirements:

  • Retired Lt. Col from Army is mandatory.
  • Excellent people dealing skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Administration skills, including office management.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Cost-conscious approach.
